It is increasingly the case that clinicians are working with clients who are at home. Delivering therapy online is challenging as it limits clients’ ability to implement some behavioral changes, isolates clients, and can make it difficult to connect as deeply as in-person. Using telehealth to treat clients also raises unique ethical challenges for clinicians. However, telemental health trauma treatment can also be beneficial to traumatized clients, as it provides unique opportunities to move toward health. Attend this webinar to learn about ways to ethically help clients recover from trauma while staying home, keep the therapeutic alliance strong via video teleconferencing, and help clients implement go-to, brain-healing techniques on a busy schedule.
