Certificate in Neural Desensitization and Integration Training

The Next Evolution Beyond EMDR: Built by the Neuroscientist Who Trained 60,000+ Clinicians in Trauma Treatment

This comprehensive advanced clinical training program meets the training requirements needed to confer the NDIT-C™ post-nominal certification credential through Mind Works Continuing Education, LLC.

After training over 60,000 clinicians in EMDR and trauma treatment worldwide, Stanford-trained neuroscientist Dr. Jennifer Sweeton asked a question most trainers won’t: What if we could go further?.

Neural Desensitization and Integration Training (NDIT) is her answer: a next-generation, integrative therapy framework that builds on where EMDR, IFS, and Somatic therapies leave off. Referred to by clinicians as “EMDR 3.0,” NDIT is a cutting-edge, evidence-informed approach to trauma recovery that targets key brain regions affected by trauma, fosters neuroplasticity, and equips practitioners with a flexible, modular system spanning six in-depth certification courses.

Where traditional EMDR follows a fixed protocol, NDIT meets clients and therapists where they are. It’s flexible, client-centered, and adaptable, bridging the gap between cutting-edge neuroscience and practical clinical application. This program prepares you to confidently address even the most complex trauma cases with a modular approach to the therapeutic alliance, nervous system regulation, and cognitive transformation that goes beyond what any single modality can offer.

Why Choose Us?

Why Choose Our NDIT Certification Program?

NDIT certification is exclusively available through onlinececredits.com. You won’t find this training on PESI, Zur Institute, or any other CE platform. Dr. Jennifer L. Sweeton developed NDIT after years of training 60,000+ clinicians in EMDR, CPT, and other trauma modalities. She saw what was missing: a flexible, integrative framework that combines the best of EMDR, Somatic therapies, IFS, and neuroscience into one cohesive approach, without being locked into a rigid protocol. That’s why clinicians are calling NDIT “EMDR 3.0.” It takes everything that works about existing trauma modalities and builds something more adaptable, more neuroscience-grounded, and more responsive to how real clients actually heal. Dr. Sweeton’s innovative NDIT training has been written about in Bloomberg and Yahoo, and she has taught NDIT extensively across Asia, Australia, and the U.S. to enthusiastic reception.

This comprehensive certificate program provides you with the key strategies and techniques you need to learn to begin using NDIT skills in your clinical practice immediately. And, you can do it in about 35 hours, which is consistent with the amount of time most clinicians require to learn other evidence-based, trauma-focused therapies such as Prolonged Exposure, CBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. If you opt to submit your training requirements to receive your post nominal credential, you will not be required to take additional courses or pay more money just to keep your NDIT-C™ credential “current.” We believe that when you’ve gained NDIT theoretical and practical mastery, you don’t lose your knowledge or skills after one year, or five years. Just as you don’t have to earn your degree over and over, NDIT skills and competence are improved over time, not lost, so long as you continue to practice these skills. If you find that you’re getting a little rusty, or feeling a little tentative, we welcome you to attend our group consultations in trauma treatment (4 sessions are included FREE with your enrollment into this NDIT training program), or retake/review one or more of your included on-demand NDIT program courses at no additional cost. Individual consultation sessions with Dr. Sweeton are also available if you’d like some dyad practice or more individualized help.

When you earn your comprehensive Certificate in NDIT and NDIT-C™ post-nominal certification credential through Mind Works Continuing Education, LLC, you gain a credibility marker that can help you communicate to potential clients that you’re ready and excited to help them get the relief from trauma they deserve! And because the certificate and certification credential doesn’t expire, you don’t have to worry about anyone telling you to stop listing it on your website, directory listings, etc.

We’re eager to help you start your NDIT learning adventure! If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at cc@onlinececredits.com.
