Decades of research have concluded that the therapeutic alliance is the most important component of effective therapy. However, few courses teach practical skills for improving the client-therapist alliance. This seminar, which is a deep dive into NDIT Module 1, teaches clinicians ways to strengthen their connection to clients, especially those with personality disorder traits. No previous NDIT training is required for this course, but completion of this course counts toward NDIT certification (which will be offered starting late 2024).
