Internal Family Systems (IFS) is becoming increasingly popular as both a theoretical orientation and an executable therapy approach. Despite its growing regard as an independent therapeutic modality, it allows enough creative flexibility to make it applicable to a greater range of diverse clients and concerns.
Join us for a creative journey inside the classic Internal Family Systems framework. Learn to collaboratively explore, deconstruct, and successfully treat complicated internal distress exclusive to our work with the most vulnerable and “stuck” of our heterosexual male clients. We will understand men’s protective systems and exiles, systemic and individual burdens that men carry, and techniques to open our hearts and theirs using effective and transformative IFS techniques.
