Thank you for joining our exclusive monthly membership plan! Your plan gives you access to every course and webinar offered on this website. This includes all online CE courses (live events/webinars and on-demand asynchronous courses), professional development courses, consultation events, and all Certificate Programs for the next 12 months! Note that we add new courses frequently, and your benefits will include access to all available courses on the entire website throughout the life of your membership plan.

Note: By accepting the Terms at sign-up, you’ve agreed to have your plan managed on a 12-month contracted financial agreement (even if you’ve signed up to pay monthly). Your subscription and benefits start today with the processing of your first monthly charge (or your lump sum annual payment). Access to benefits and completed courses will continue through the ensuing 12-month contiguous period as long as you remain a member and in good standing. Once your 12 installments have been paid, we will not auto-renew your plan. You will be sent a few reminder messages to sign up for a new plan with a special “loyalty discount!”

1. Please review the Terms and Conditions you acknowledged at checkout here. Note our policies around early cancellation requests, late payments, and collections if you fail to update your payment method after several unsuccessful charge attempts.

2. Remember that we will never auto-renew your membership! To keep saving, we’ll encourage you to renew in a reminder email near the end of your term (we may also offer you a loyalty discount for continuous membership).

3. If you are late on a payment due to a failed charge attempt and/or your membership lapses, access to courses and earned certificates within your dashboard will be restored once your payment processes successfully and/or your membership plan is re-activated.
