Due to the isolative nature of addiction, many individuals are desperate for connection and solutions to assist them in grasping for recovery but are unsure and unsuccessful in their attempts. In this online webinar, you will learn practical ways to reach individuals who are struggling with the battle of addiction. You will learn ways to address and improve treatment outcomes ,techniques and approaches to reach and stay connected with clients who are suffering from addictive or impulsive behaviors and effective interventions to make head way in recovery.

Objectives:
This training will provide participants clinical knowledge and tools to:
a). After completing this training, participants will be able to learn and understand both how and why the epidemic of addiction has continued to grow.
b). After completing this training, participants will be able to identify and describe tools to engage the most difficult-to-reach clients suffering from addictive disorders.
c). After completing this training, participants will be able to analyze and discuss different methods that can be utilized to engage and move clients through the stages of change both individually and in group settings.
d). After completing this training, participants will be able to develop and understand the different client resources that are available for supporting clients in recovery.
e). After completing this training, participants will be able to identify and learn appropriate ways to address relapse.
f). After completing this training, participants will be able to learn and understand crisis management tools and skills to useful in combating the epidemic of addiction.
g). After completing this training, participants will be able to develop skills to increase self compassion and self motivation for change in clients struggling with addiction.
