Objectives:

This training will provide participants clinical knowledge and tools to:

a). Learn and understand the basic tenants of the classic IFS framework and Cinema Therapy.

b). Understand and describe how to use movie scenes or relevant parts of a cinematic work to relate to parts and evoke parts of the self.

c). Learn and practice implementing cinema therapy techniques to supplement IFS work with clients.

Target Audience:

The target audience for this event includes psychologists, social workers, counselors, MFT’s, psychiatrists and other clinical mental health professionals.

He has been practicing IFS for the last 4 years in a private practice setting where he specializes in men’s work, couples and relationship therapy, and parts work with those clients who are curious about IFS. Justin enjoys music, movies, and poetry. He often weaves these passions into his work with clients, finding that it helps them access inner harmony.
