December 19, 2025
11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Central Standard Time (CST)
EMDR 2.0 is a cutting-edge adaptation of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy that accelerates trauma resolution, reduces distress, and enhances treatment effectiveness. This introductory seminar provides a broad, theoretical overview of how EMDR 2.0 differs from traditional EMDR and why it is gaining attention as a next-generation trauma therapy.
Attendees will learn about the science behind EMDR 2.0, including working memory taxation, trauma network activation, and motivation-enhancing strategies—even if they are not EMDR-trained clinicians. This course is designed to be accessible for all mental health professionals interested in advanced trauma treatment methods.
This 1-hour session serves as a standalone introduction and an entry point for those considering deeper training in EMDR 2.0 through the 4-hour CE course.
(This course does not provide EMDR training or certification but serves as an introduction for clinicians of all backgrounds.)
