CE That Meets Tennessee Requirements
If you’re a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee, the requirements are:
A minimum of twenty (20) contact hours of continuing education (CE) is required every two years for license renewal (due by the last day of licensee's birth month). At least ten (10) hours of the total must be completed within each calendar year.
At least three (3) hours must be devoted to ethics. At least two (2) hours must be in suicide prevention for LPC/MHSP renewals every four (4) years..
At least ten (10) of the total of twenty hours per cycle must be live events (interactive with the trainer).
